If I had a dime for every time someone responded to my job description (stay at home mom) with,”Oh, that must be nice to not have to work”, well, I could take the cash and run away to a small island where [...] I really don’t follow all the “in’s and out’s” of groundhogs, so I’m not really sure if its officially Spring or still Winter, but in this house? We’re Spring Cleaning. Yep. Groundhogs be damned, we’re breakin’ out the Swiffers over here. Honestly, though, I’m a TAD OCD on the cleaning front, so “Spring Cleaning” [...] He says, “Be still, and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth.” A long time ago, I saw a shirt that said,”My parents couldn’t wait for me to walk and talk- now all I hear is sit down and shut up.” I’m pretty [...] “Its moments like these that remind me why I love motherhood.” For you, maybe that statement is referring to the laughter coming from your kiddos’ rooms as they play together; maybe its the smile that lights up your baby’s face when he’s happy… For me? Bedtime.
